  • You simply introduce your client to us via email or phone. From that moment, we take over the process, while keeping you informed and involved as needed. After a successful sale, you receive a predefined commission.

  • Absolutely not. Your client remains your client. We operate strictly as a service partner and do not maintain direct contact after the transaction unless agreed upon.

  • Yes. You can be as involved as you and your client prefer, from background support to joint viewings or staying updated behind the scenes.

  • We agree upfront on a transparent commission model. Once a transaction is finalized, you’ll receive your agreed share, usually a percentage of the net fee.

  • No exclusivity is required. We work on a flexible, case-by-case basis. A simple cooperation agreement is signed to confirm referral rights and commission.

  • There are no obligations or penalties. You only earn a commission if a transaction is successfully completed through your referral.
